                                      Four Night All-inclusive Southern Utah Retreat

                    Sacred Connection Retreat. Connect to the healing vibration of nature! 

 At this retreat you will  learn sacred transformational practices to use at home everyday.


       Post retreat: Your own personal healing movement to help you process your healing experience.




The best way to connect to your true self is through vibrations from various healing sources including the nourishing ones from nature. Join us in one of the most breathtaking spots in the country as we connect with self through the elementals, our own movements, guided sound healing experiences and more! Serendipitiously the dates April 24- 28th correspond to Earth Week! Pachemama is waiting for us to remember our healing relationship with her. Join us in childlike wonder as we celebrate through right relationship with the desert gifts of mountains, rivers, cliffs, red rocks, sacred ground and plants and more. All the while, utilizing joyful practices you can take home with you, restoring this sacred relationship.


April 24th– Arrival after 4:00 PM. Settle in. Eat a nourishing dinner at Mesa Cabin. 

                     Followed by an evening opening connection ceremony.


April 25th – Morning movement practice, breakfast. Connection to the land elements ceremony at nearby Kanab.

                   Vegan lunch at Best Friends. You have the afternoon to yourself to explore.   Dinner at Mesa Cabin.

                   Evening connection to heaven/the cosmos.


April 26th – Breakfast followed by a sacred movement land connection practice at Zion. Boxed lunch provided 

                   OR eat at the park. Free afternoon to connect to the wonders of Zion.

                   Dinner at Mesa Cabin followed by an evening ceremony.


April 27th – Morning movement practice, breakfast. Stay at Casa Mesa for connection practices 

                   OR Take a free day to connect to sacred spots in Southern Utah on your own. Places like

                   Bryce, Grande Escalade, Toadstools, Lake Powell

                   Pack your lunch or eat in. Dinner at Mesa cabin. Evening closing ceremony/ritual.


April 28th – Morning movement practice, breakfast. Check out by 11:00 AM after thanking yourself 

                   and this nurturing land.


Private body work, movement, energy and sound sessions may be booked in advance afternoons, on Thursday and/ or Sunday.

  • Practices will include various modalities of Mindfulness or Sound Bath Meditations,drumming,

  • Southern Utah typically enjoys over 300 days of beautiful sunshine each year.  While the days are usually warm and sunny, the nights can be cool, so we suggest a light jacket to wear in the evenings. Spring (Mar-May): 60 - 90 degrees.

She believes that life is for us & that our bodies can act as a map to guide us back to ourselves allowing us to make choices in alignment with who we truly are & what we truly want to create in our lives & in our world.

This Original Work draws from Donna’s training & study in Dance, Body Alignment, Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Yoga, Polarity Therapy, Integrative Craniosacral Unwinding™, Jin Shin Jystsu, Reiki, Spirituality, Mysticism, Sound Healing, Empowerment Coaching, Theatre, Essential Oils, Body Centered Meditation & Nature, her greatest teacher.
